Rick White President Rick@californiasolar.com	Rick White - Founder and President of California Solar, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Conservation from the University of California at Berkeley, as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree from Pepperdine University, and has been actively involved in the Solar Energy Industry since 1977.
Eliane White Vice President Eliane@californiasolar.com	Eliane White - Co-Founder and Vice President of California Solar, holds a Baccalaureate in Sciences from Bordeaux, France. Eliane brings in over 27 years experience in all aspects of office administration and oversight in the areas of marketing, insurance, legal and human resources.
Dave Green Production Manager Dave@californiasolar.com	Dave Green - Production Manager, an Air Force veteran, has worked in the Solar Industry since 1982. After six years with other companies, Dave joined California Solar in 1989 as a service technician. With a vast product knowledge and experience, Dave stepped in the production department coordinating all phases of the job installation specializing in the management of new construction projects.
Buck Casteel Project Coordinator Buck@californiasolar.com	Buck Casteel - Project Coordinator, comes from a background in construction as well as experience in computer technology. He efficiently manages job schedules, purchase orders and the day-to-day operations in the production department with enthusiasm, sensitivity to customer needs and construction constraints.
Mark Abrams Service Manager Mark@californiasolar.com	Mark Abrams - Service Manager, has specialized in superior customer service for the past 16 years. He joined California Solar in 2007 and provides our clients with timely communication and stellar service.  Mark also runs the service department and makes sure customers get the service and maintenance they need on all of their solar equipment.
Wayne Pendrey Energy Consultant Wayne@californiasolar.com	Wayne Pendrey - Energy Consultant, US NAVY Veteran. Wayne has served on the board of directors of the VCCA since 2000, and since 2004, has served as the Green Building Chairman for the VCCA. Wayne also works with two other non-profit organizations, promoting green building, such as the Ojai Valley Green Coalition and the USGBC-C4, which stands for the “California Central Coast Chapter of the United States Green Building Council.”
Greg Humbles Energy Consultant Greg@californiasolar.com	Greg Humbles - Energy Consultant, brings a background in sign design, installation, land development and construction to our team. His strengths are in organization, follow up, and steering his projects towards a satisfactory completion.
