Since 1988, California Solar has installed solar products for home and commercial use. We have been recognized by the Solar Energy Industry as one of the largest volume distributors and installers of solar hot water systems in Southern California. OUR TEAM

Rick White President Rick@californiasolar.com	Founder and President of California Solar, Rick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Conservation from the University of California at Berkeley, as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree from Pepperdine University, and has been actively involved in the Solar Energy Industry since 1977.
Eliane White Vice President	Co-Founder and Vice President of California Solar, Eliane holds a Baccalaureate in Sciences from Bordeaux, France. She brings in over 27 years experience in all aspects of office administration and oversight in the areas of marketing, insurance, legal and human resources.
Dave Green Production Manager Dave@californiasolar.com	An Air Force veteran, Dave has worked in the Solar Industry since 1982. After six years with other companies, Dave joined California Solar in 1989 as a service technician. With a vast product knowledge and experience, Dave stepped in the production department coordinating all phases of the job installation specializing in the management of new construction projects.
Buck Casteel Project Coordinator Buck@californiasolar.com	Coming from a background in construction as well as experience in computer technology, Buck efficiently manages job schedules, purchase orders and the day-to-day operations in the production department with enthusiasm, sensitivity to customer needs and construction constraints.
Aaron Wdowin Vice President of Sales aaron@californiasolar.com	A native New Yorker, Aaron completed his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. After school he moved to the west coast and decided to stay here for good. He completed his Masters of Environmental Science and Management at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at University of California, Santa Barbara and is now working with California Solar to develop new markets and help grow the company into its name.
Jim Harvey Energy Consultant james@californiasolar.com	Jim has been an energy consultant with California Solar for over 7 years.  In that time, he has become an expert in solar thermal and radiant heating.  Jim has given countless education presentations to architects, contractors, and homeowners to allow them to make the best decisions for their energy needs.  He has been a business owner for over 20 years, and has also worked as a home builder.  When he isn't working, Jim is an avid rower and has been a medalist in the Southwest Championship for the last three years.
Robby Golden Sales Associate robby@californiasolar.com	Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Geography, from University of California Santa Barbara and was taken in by his work and interest in earth system processes, sustainability, and renewable energy. Also has an Associates Degree in business administration from Santa Monica College. Robby has never met a stranger and his commitment to sustainability is matched only by his personable nature. Robby is excited to be a part of the California Solar team as its newest associate and is committed to driving sales in 2012.  Robby is an avid outdoor enthusiast and currently lives in Santa Barbara where he is helping to integrate California Solar into the Santa Barbara market.
